Broward County Building Trades Fall 2024 Meeting

Welcome to the Broward County Building Trades Summer 2024 Meeting!

You're invited to the upcoming Building Trades meeting to be held at the Broward County Government Center on August 28, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. 115 S. Andrews Ave., Room 422, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.

I hope to facilitate a comfortable space where we can all participate in the many subjects affecting the trades industry in Broward County. At this meeting, we will be hearing from:

• Junior Achievement will have their Pre-Apprenticeship Program Director, Felix Collazo, give the latest updates on Junior Achievements and their Pre-Apprenticeship efforts.
  
• Sandy Michael McDonald, Director of the Broward County Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD), will update the existing apprenticeship program ordinance in Broward County.
  

In addition, we will have our customary round of self-introductions and brief comments, which many of our attendees feel is extremely valuable.
