Brothers Collective - The Hero’s Journey', is a series of initiations for men in committed relationships. In this session you will learn how to access the wisdom of your breath and heart space to release limitations, unlock vitality and tap into a limitless potential for your life and relationship to thrive- all in the safe space of your own home.

With so many hurdles and dynamics in our committed relationships, it is no wonder why it is so challenging to establish what we are seeking – a deeper connection to self and a more profound bond with our partners. The first step in this process is shedding the old narratives that may be limiting our vitality and ability to truly embark on the hero’s journey.

In this 60-minute workshop you will have the opportunity to shed some of these layers and find inner peace, balance and clarity through the focus on vital, life force energy - THE BREATH.

You will also be introduced to the art of conscious relationship tending and other concepts including overcoming stagnation, conflict and contraction with your partner.

The Brothers Collective Men's Group is an initiatory experience focused on aligning ourselves with patterns of intelligence (breath, sound, nature, etc.) in order to shed the dense energies that keep us from thriving, and begin to respond to life and our relationships consciously.

This guided facilitation method will help you understand and uncover your deepest values and the unique gifts that are hidden in your heart while supporting you to translate them into your committed relationships, with methods to activate a boundless loving space that will serve you unconditionally.

Hi, I'm Alex. I am a certified breathwork facilitator specializing in guiding clients to their fullest potential - in life, relationships and their work in the world. My work is focused on restoring vitality, and reconnecting to all that may have been forgotten. In my work, I have seen time and time again how stress and traumas block vital energy flow and keep us and our way of relating small and confined. On the other hand, I have witnessed profound healing and transformation through the opening of the breath and the opening of the heart.

I have been studying under Don and Martha Rosenthal and practicing their practical relational strategies with my wife for several years now. Pretty shortly after my wife and I spoke our wedding vows, we were blindsided by a steady flow of conflict and contraction in our relationship that nearly led to us splitting up. Thankfully, we were guided to Don and Martha, and the way that we view life and our relationship has completely transformed. Don and Martha’s teachings are woven in and out of the work that I share with men that are devoted to the path of stewarding a loving, committed relationship with their partner.

In this workshop you will learn how to effectively identify dynamics in your relationship, process trauma that may be blocking your heart from truly loving and open yourself to the vitality of an open, fluid breath pattern, all so you can live with an open heart and truly thrive in your life, your relationship and your work in the world.
