Brookside Annual Community Yard Sale : Seller Registration

The Brookside Master Annual Spring Yard Sale originally scheduled for 05.04.2024 has been CANCELLED due to weather, and has been rescheduled for Saturday, September 7, 2024.

The sale will open at 7:30am and will close promptly at 12:00pm on Saturday, September 7, 2024.

If you are a Resident of the Brookside Community, you may sign up today to reserve 1 of only 60 spots at the Brookside Master Clubhouse parking lot. Setup begin at 6:00am and all spaces must be cleared by 1:00pm on Saturday, September 7, 2024

NOTE : The yard sale does not extend to Nelson Park. This is a City of Stockton park and commercial activity is not permitted. Anyone who sets up in Nelson Park may be subject to eviction from the park, and/or fines.

By signing up using this link, you are requesting (1) spot for the yard sale and agree to the following terms.

• A current 2024 Resident Information Form must be on file with Management.
• You understand only residents of Brookside may register as a seller at this event.
• Homemade Food and Beverages are not permitted to be sold at this event.
• You understand that you may only set up for the Yard Sale in your designated spot and that the location of the spot will be determined the day of the Yard Sale by a member of Staff.
• You understand that spaces are limited to (1) spot per Brookside Household.
• You understand that you must clean up all debris left in your space.
• You understand that any items left unattended for pick-up will not be collected and you may be billed for clean-up services by the Association.
• Your reservation can only be confirmed by Management; Management will confirm the request within 72 hours of the submittal. If a confirmation email is not received, your reservation is not considered confirmed.
