We meet at 5:45 pm and start the run at 6:00 pm. Arrive early to demo the Brooks Ghost AMP and Adrenaline 26.
Turn up your run with the all-new Ghost AMP, a lightweight running shoe engineered with responsive technology for a springy, energized ride. Brooks most trusted support shoe keeps you running and walking comfortably day after day. The Adrenaline GTS 26 features support technology, engineered to support natural knee motion, plus soft cushioning to help movement feel easier on your body.
The route is just under 5 miles and finishes at A Snail's Pace before 7:00 pm for light refreshments.
