We’re thrilled to welcome internationally renowned Classical Pilates teacher and bestselling author Brooke Siler to the studio this September for a weekend of private sessions, observation, and two immersive workshops.
Brooke is a direct student of Romana Kryzanowska and author of The Pilates Body—the highest-grossing Pilates book of all time. She brings decades of experience, anatomical insight, and creative teaching to every session.
Here’s what’s happening across the weekend:
🗓 Friday 19 September
Private Sessions & Observations
Brooke will be teaching six private sessions, with up to 12 observation spots available. ( 1 left)
💡 A chance to watch her teach up close and gain insight into her unique approach.
Observation Fee: £90
(Private sessions paid directly to Brooke.)
🗓 Saturday 20 September – 2 Workshops
10:00–12:00 – Tensatoner™ Mat Workshop
Learn how to activate deep stabilising muscles and bring a new level of awareness to your matwork using Brooke’s signature Tensatoner™ method.
13:00–16:00 – Spine Corrector Mat Workout
Experience how the classical mat transforms when supported and challenged by the curves of the spine corrector. This is a movement-based session with hands-on teaching and adaptations for all levels of equipment access.
