Bronx Economic Empowerment Center Opening

Please join Volunteers of America–Greater New York for the opening ceremony of the Bronx Economic Empowerment Center.

Anddy Perdomo, Assistant Vice President of Veterans Services & Economic Empowerment, will lead a panel with the center’s staff discussing how fostering economic independence among individuals experiencing homelessness—especially veterans, survivors of domestic violence, and youth—serves as the foundation for building a safe and secure future.

Following the panel, case managers from the center will lead tours of the state-of-the-art facility, which features simulation technology to help clients prepare for the workforce and professional workshop spaces designed to support skill development and career readiness.
