The play is based on real-life experiences, the performance follows the journey of a teenage girl fleeing conflict and eventually finding herself in the UK. It draws attention to the trauma refugee children have experienced through their journeys and the challenges they face in their new life in the UK.
The Solo play will be showcased at the Milton Keynes Central Library on the 13th of July, 2023 at 3pm.
The project has been funded by Milton Keynes Community Foundation and sponsored by Art and Heritage Alliance, without whome the play would have not been possible.
