Broken Dish Mosaic

About this class:

Explore a new way of repurposing old or broken dishware! In this workshop, you’ll design your own mosaic pattern, arrange your mosaic pieces (consisting of broken dishware and other small tiles), glue them down, and learn how to grout your piece. All supplies are included, although if you have dishware you’d like to use, feel free to bring it in (pre-broken, please!). You will design and create an 8”x8” mosaic piece that can be displayed or used as a trivet. Participants will receive grout and the necessary supplies and instructions to grout their mosaic pieces at home, as the adhesive needs to dry for 24 hours before it can be grouted.

• Age Level: 13+
• Skill Level: Beginner
• Supplies and tools are provided for use during class
• Price is per person. A ticket must be purchased for each individual attending the class.
• In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
• Class will run approximately 2hrs. Please note that the class is hands-on and may run over or under schedule.

Cancellation Policy:

Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
