"The Elvis of Portland Bluegrass", Josh Cole, has been playing bluegrass in the PNW for over 25 years ever since he first heard "Midnight Moonlight" by Old and In The Way. Josh would go on to serve as President of the OR Bluegrass Association and continues to host "Music From the True Vine" on KBOO-FM, the longest running bluegrass radio show West of the Mississippi. He's influenced by Ralph Stanley, Larry Sparks, and Bill Monroe and has played in dozens of bands, along with his own hard driving bluegrass band over the last two decades.
