A special event to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the formation of the Brodie Lodge Playing Field charity to manage the upkeep of the field and pavilion.

The land was originally donated for the playing field in 1965 by Francis Brodie Lodge, who along with his brother ran the Lodge company manufacturing spark plugs (used in cars and aircraft) in Rugby. To commemorate this connection there will be a display of classic cars and a small exhibition on the history of the Lodge family.
