Broadly Conceived is an interdisciplinary postgraduate network dedicated to the study of reproduction. Thanks to the support of the Northern Network for the Medical Humanities, we will be holding a 1-day conference for postgraduates (including PhD candidates and master's students) and early career researchers. This event brings together researchers working in various disciplines (Literature, History, Law, Medicine, Sociology, Geography, Psychology, Fine-Arts etc.)
Panels will consist of researchers with different disciplinary backgrounds and institutional affiliations, united by a broad topic of theme. The focus of our event is to facilitate creative, dynamic discussions that fall at the intersections of our disciplines.
We are thrilled to be joined by our keynote speaker, . Camilla is an Associate Professor in History at the University of Agder, Norway, as well as an Honorary Lecturer at Aberdeen University and an Honorary Research Fellow at St Andrews.
