🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Silácké disciplíny, skotské dudy, kilty, tanec, whisky i keltská historie – horalské hry Brno Highland Games 2026 přinesou v sobotu 20. června jedinečné zážitky! Den plný sportu i zábavy inspirovaný skotskou kulturou proběhne v sokolském areálu na Rosničce (Jana Nečase 966/1, Brno – vstup od restaurace Rosnička).
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Návštěvníci se mohou těšit na originální skotské disciplíny jako vrh kládou či kamenem, hod balíkem slámy do výšky, hod závažím do výšky, hod kabelkou (kamennou), farmářský běh nebo přetahování lanem. Kdo bude chtít, může všechny vyzkoušet na vlastní kůži a zasoutěžit si v nich. Pro děti bude připravená odlehčená varianta her a další zábavná stanoviště.
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Určitě nebudou chybět ani skotské dudy, předtančení skupiny Feidh a výuka tradičních tanců. Milovníky dobrého jídla potěší otevření zrekonstruované restaurace Rosnička. Kvalitní jednosladovou whisky nám již tradičně přiveze brněnský Whisky shop. Odpoledne nám zpříjemní tematické hudební kapely, jejichž jména již brzy zveřejníme. Do historie nás vtáhne keltská vesnice, kde ožívá doba železná, i další uskupení.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 ,Scottish sports‘ disciplines, Scottish bagpipes, kilts, dancing, whisky and Celtic history - the Brno Highland Games 2026 will bring unique experiences on Saturday 20 June! A day of sport and fun inspired by Scottish culture will take place at the Sokol grounds Rosnička (Jana Nečase 966/1, Brno – entrance via the Rosnička restaurant).
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Visitors can look forward to original Scottish disciplines such as log or stone throw, straw bale throw, weight throw, stone throw, farmer's run or tug-of-war. Anyone who wants to, can try them all and compete in them. There will be a lighter version of the games and other fun activities for children.
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 There will also be Scottish bagpipes, Feidh traditional dance group and ceilidh dance lessons for everyone. Food lovers can enjoy the newly renovated Rosnička restaurant, and high-quality single malt whisky will once again be provided by the Brno Whisky Shop. In the afternoon, themed live bands will keep the atmosphere going – their names will be announced soon. Step back in time with a Celtic village, where the Iron Age comes to life, along with other groups presenting living history.
