What is a Men's Circle?A community space for men to connect authentically, share lived experiences, and support one another through the realities of turbulent modern life.
Who should join a Men's Circle?
We are creating a place where men can speak openly about work, family, purpose, relationships, and wellbeing — without judgment or performance. This place is not to fix or advise. It's about being witnessed, listening deeply, and discovering clarity in the presence of others.
What should I expect?
Format:
We begin with a short focus practice to help everyone arrive and relax, to become present.
Each session features a special guest who shares their story, or we choose a particular theme that emerges from the group.
Participants have 10–15 minutes to share their experience and perspective.
Short breaks for informal connection with refreshment.
Gentle space for curious questions and reflections.
Closing with quiet focus to capture and integrate personal takeaways.
Our Circle Code:
Listen empathetically, to understand, not to reply.
Speak from your heart, from your personal experience.
What is shared stays in the circle.
Respect silence as much as speech.
Offer empathy, not advice — unless specifically asked.
Between Sessions:
We'll maintain a private Whatsapp group for ongoing support, where participants can share meaningful resources related to topics and themes.
Summary
Within our group, we strive to cultivate resilience, belonging, knowledge, and grounded masculinity that is rooted in awareness and community, not ego.
