The demand to do this again was huge, so we are back again for a Bank Holiday Special!

As an avid fan of Brixton for my health top ups, I want to share my top spots for shopping natural and eating healthy and deliciously! In my opinion, these are clear winners and feel-good purchases that opens a world to better living and eating!

We will meet at Alkaline Juice bar for an alkaline juice/smoothie and walk down to the Market to start our journey

A Black owned Caribbean grocery store that sells imported Caribbean exotic fruit and veg;

An Ethiopian café that is rich in history of Teff and low acidic coffee;

A natural skincare shop that wants the best for your skin;

Eat of Eden - Caribbean Vegan food that is tasty and health based
