OUR EXCITING EVENT IN BRISTOL - WITH LOCAL FILM MAKER ATTENDING TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY WORK ON FEMALE EMPOWERMENT!Ready to meet the version of you that’s soft, fierce, creative, and fully alive?
We're running a brand new 1 hour Creative Therapy Boxercise Taster in Bristol for women, trans and non-binary creatives who want to reconnect with their authentic selves through movement. The offer comes from part of our established community interest company - The Warrior Women Project.
We’ll blend feminine-edge expression, non-contact boxing, somatic grounding, and playful creativity to help you free your femininity, return to your inner guide, and reconnect with the heart of your feminine self.
It’s a space where vulnerability is honoured, power is reclaimed, and your whole being gets permission to breathe again.
We have a local film maker interested in capturing the session to support spaces celebrating female empowerment and community. You are of course welcome to attend the session and opt out of filming, if you'd prefer.
