Bristol CI will celebrate 50 years of Contact Improvisation in style. The weekend will reflect on the beginnings of CI nationally and locally, how it has evolved and visionsfor the future.
The weekend will be a real celebration of
this beautiful deep sensitive and exciting form of dance.
The weekend will include:
Intensives led by Charlie Morrissey.
Classes facilitated by Jocasta Crofts, K'lo Harris, Sam Bloomfield & Jan-Ming Lee
Happening/cross-art jam facilitated by Itta Howie
Contempletive dance practice - Agnieszka Grenckowska
Partner yoga & massage - Emilia Gzyl
Morning singing circle - Patrick Morrow
Jams with live music from Mark Smulian, Algy Behrens, Simon Leach and more
Film footage, CI history & stories plus yummy food and cake from Benedict's Street Kitchen.
