WHAT'S GOING ON?On Saturday 11th May, Bristol Bees are inviting skaters wanting to take them on!
This game is open to all genders and suitable for players with 0-5 games experience provided they have been signed off by their league.
WHAT TIME DOES IT START?
1:30pm - Doors open
2:00pm - Bristol Bees vs The World first whistle
WHAT IS ROLLER DERBY?
Roller derby is a full contact sport played on quad skates. Two teams skate round a track and try to score points against other. The jammer, the player with the star, scores points by getting past and lapping blockers on the opposite team. It's one point per person. The team with the most points, wins!

Skater places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Skaters will be sent an information and waiver form once a ticket is purchased that will need to be completed asap.
Tickets are £5 or two for £8. Advance ticket sales end at 5pm on Friday 10th May. On-the-door tickets are £8 so get in early! Kids under 12 go free.
HOW DO I GET THERE?
Bus - Lots of buses run from the city centre to Keynsham
Bike - The Sports Centre is a short distance from the Bristol to Bath bike path
Car - Car parking is available and free
