Don't miss the 2021 Briscoe Ranch BBQ Cook-off at the Crossroads December 10-11, 2021 at the Uvalde County Fairplex. Proceeds benefit student scholarships at Southwest Texas Junior College. Hosted by South Texas CattleWomen, the cook-off will award a guaranteed payout of $26,000 in categories that include brisket, ribs, chicken, pork and rib eye steak.
Sanctioned by Champions Barbecue Alliance, the entry fee is $175 for the main meats and $25 for the jackpot rib eye steak category.
