30TH BIRTHDAY GALA CONCERT CELEBRATION!After missing out on celebrating our 30th Birthday in 2020, we are excited to bring you the news that our Gala Concert will go ahead on the 5th of September at Matthew Flinders Anglican College.
Under the baton of Antoni Bonetti AM, the orchestra are bringing you a very special program for this concert. The first half of the concert will begin with Kabalevsky's spirited Overture to Colas Breugnon. It continues with a very special commission from one of Australia's best known composers, Elena Kats-Chernin. The concert will conclude with Beethoven's epic 9th Symphony featuring Leanne Kenneally, Nick Kirkup, Anne Fulton and Leon Warnock, along with the voices of Brisbane Chorale and Emily Cox AM, Music Director.
