About this Event

BRISBANE WOMEN'S NED LUNCH: IN THE CHAIR

Join us for an exclusive lunch where three of Brisbane's most accomplished non-executive directors pull back the curtain on the art of chairing boards—from managing difficult dynamics to driving accountability when it counts.

This is 50+ years of combined board experience distilled into clear insights into the behaviours that deliver exceptional performance.

Why you can't miss this

The best chairs create the conditions for great decisions, uncomfortable conversations, and real performance. Our panel will explore:

  • How to facilitate board discussions that create engagement and clarity
  • Managing director dynamics when egos, experience, and expertise collide
  • The chair's role in accountability: holding boards and executives to delivery
  • How chairs support boards through complexity, crisis, and strategic uncertainty

You'll walk away with practical strategies for managing board dynamics and driving performance whether you're aspiring to chair roles, currently a non-executive director or advisory board chair.
