Our Free Community Health Fair is Back! Thursday August 11th from 11am -3pm. Bring your Friends and Family! This event is a day of fun and education on CHS grounds. There will be tabletop displays, free health screenings, and information about health and wellness, music, food, games for the kids and much more!
