About this Event
Join NCI and ELI for three presentations on research studies in the realm of early childhood education.
Attendees will enjoy presentations related to three research studies:
- Participatory Research on Parental Attitudes & Awareness of STEM & Digital Technologies – A research study exploring how parents in Dublin’s North Inner City perceive & engage with STEM related fields.
- The Parent Child+ Independent Evaluation – This evaluation highlights the quality & growing impact of the ParentChild+ programme as it continues to expand across Ireland.
- Home Visiting: Educating Families, Educating Ourselves –This study examines how the role of Home Visitor in NCI influences educational achievements and aspirations, as well as those of their families. Highlighting key outcomes, including increased confidence, progression into further education, and enhanced engagement in their children’s learning
Following the event, lunch will be provided and attendees are welcome to stay for an afternoon of play & family fun as we invite parents & children within the community to join the celebration.
This Community Play event will see our ELI families come together for an afternoon of play, learning, and fun! Through engaging sensory activities, educationally focused games, and more! Families invited to stay from 2pm-3pm to play and grow together, capping off this wonderful day of research, learning, and fun.
We hope to see you there as ELI & NCI continue to support the educational journeys and achievements of our community, demonstrating the life-changing power of education.
