'Bringing People with You' - Climate Local Workshop

"Bringing People with You" is a Climate Local community workshop exploring how to communicate more effectively about issues you care about — whether that's climate action, public health, or community planning.

Built around a Context → Reflection → Action framework, the session invites participants to examine why people resist change (often not because they don't care, but because they haven't been given the full picture) and practise reordering how they approach difficult conversations.

Through personal reflection exercises, real-world case studies, and a scenario planning activity, attendees learn to lead with shared understanding rather than urgency, creating space for others to arrive at their own conclusions before being asked to act.
