Bringing Generations and Cultures Together is one of UPN's most impactful community programs. This spring, we'll match up to twenty senior households in north Grand Forks with three UND-student volunteers each. And we're inviting YOU to register for this program! Intergenerational groups will work together for ten hours throughout spring 2025 to complete home repair and/or home maintenance tasks that support residents over the age of 50 to age-in-place longer and more safely. Students will learn about Grand Forks history and culture, as well as get advice on Adulting, from their matched older residents.
Project supply funds will be provided to the groups as needed, through the support of the Community Foundation of Grand Forks, East Grand Forks, and Region, Blue Zones Project Grand Forks, and the Knight Foundation.

This event is free, includes light food and drinks, and located within an accessible building.
