About this Event
It is said that at their prime, the ‘Samurai’, the warrior people of Japan, were driven not by greed, hate, or lust, but by a beautiful code of conduct called Bushido, that required them to develop virtues such as Justice, Courage, and Mercy. In fact, their expert skill is often attributed to their inner strength of character. Can we revive the much relevant ‘spirit of Bushido’ in our times?
We will read excerpts from “Bushido – The Soul of Japan” authored by Inazo Nitobe to explore how we can bring out our best human potential in the face of our daily challenges.
