About this Event

Join us for a FREE art and innovations exhibit, and in-person workshops led by thought leaders and local artists. WITF will also host a preview screening of LEONARDO DA VINCI, a film by Ken Burns, Sarah Burns and David McMahon, followed by a conversation with a da Vinci expert.

Join us for a comprehensive peek into Leonardo da Vinci’s life, mind and techniques.

LEONARDO DA VINCI, a two-part, four-hour documentary, premieres on WITF TV and the PBS app on November 18 & 19 at 8pm.

The voice of Leonardo is read by the Italian actor Adriano Giannini. The musician and composer Caroline Shaw wrote and recorded original music for the film performed by Attacca Quartet, Sō Percussion and Roomful of Teeth. The executive in charge for WETA is John F. Wilson. Executive producer is Ken Burns.
