Join us for a fun, partner-based aerial hammock workshop designed to be experienced with a friend. You and your bestie will share a hammock as you learn foundational shapes and transitions, taking turns and supporting one another. We’ll begin with a warm-up, then move into beginner-friendly skills in the hammock, followed by simple partner poses. This workshop is designed to build confidence, encourage each other, and try something new side-by-side. We'll capture photos of each pair. Perfect for remembering the experience together!All levels welcome. No prior aerial experience needed.
This workshop will be limited to eight pairs.
This workshop will be held at the Screw Factory.
