Bring Your ‘A’ Game Training provides an engaging curriculum building on seven essential workplace skills: attitude, attendance, appearance, ambition, acceptance, appreciation, and accountability. Designed to be captivating, interactive, and exploratory, employees will obtain skills necessary to excel in their role.A majority of businesses are experiencing a gap in workplace ethics, and due to a worker shortage, most do not have the capacity or expertise to teach these critical skills required across all industries. Due to decreased capacity, lost productivity, and rehiring expenses, the result is costly. Let Nicolet College train your employee so they are empowered with the required skills to retain them.
Four-hour in-person group sessions will be held Tuesday, May 21 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm OR Monday, June 10 from 12:30 to 4:30 pm at the Northwoods Center at Nicolet College. Virtual one-on-one follow up sessions with an experienced instructor will be determined after the in-person session.
The cost per employee is $199, with quantity discounts available for multiple employees from the same organization. Options for high school students entering the workforce are also available.
