PLUR is considered a motto for how festival-goers should behave at events, but it can also extend to become a life philosophy. PLUR is about building connections, celebrating diversity, and ensuring everyone has a good and safe time. Some examples of PLUR in action include: Sharing food and water, looking out for someone who might be having a hard time, trading bracelets, and offering a smile and a kind word.
Now, more than ever, our community needs these moments of joy and connectivity. I invite you to join me in spreading PLUR by reaching out to one another and trading bracelets, and finding these little moments throughout our Pride celebrations. All are welcome to participate!
