Bring out Your Dead is a celebration of many of our musical icons we have lost in this past year. The event will honor their contributions, memorializing their art through a festive, unique night of performances, tributes, and storytelling.
A stellar line up of Portland’s most lauded musicians will perform the music of the recently departed artists. Artists include Storm Large, China Forbes, Puddles Pity Party, Laura Gibson, Holcombe Waller and others, with the core band including: James Beaton, Nate Query, Bill Marsh, Ji Tanzer and Jon Neufeld.
Expect covers of iconic songs and arrangements that may take on a different form than the original. From rock to pop, jazz to classical, the performances will span genres to honor a wide range of musical genres.
