Girls Ages 9-18
Mar 16th-May 18th (10weeks)
Mondays 6-8pm Weekly

A Safe Space to Find Inner Strength & Self-Love:
Through joyful movement, mindfulness, workshops, and connection, Bring It creates a space where girls can grow in confidence and resilience. We focus on self-love, finding and using our voice, and embracing challenges—empowering ourselves and each other along the way!
🌸 Limited Opportunity!
Our weekly program runs only once a year in the spring and is open to just 28 girls—split between tweens and teens.
Tweens (Ages 9-11)
Meet for 10 weeks
Separate from teens during workshop time
Teens (Ages 12-18)
Meet for 10 weeks
End the season with a 5K obstacle course in May
Each week features a different workshop, led by inspiring women from the community—including our teen girls, who step up as leaders!
