Bring-a-buddy to Martial Arts!

Have a friend who's been thinking about trying out martial arts? Or a sibling who's been on the fence about joining in on the fun?

On Monday, September 27, we are going to have a bring-a-buddy class, which is an open class to anyone ages 4 & up!

Wear comfortable clothes to workout in, and join us at 5:15pm for Kids Class and 6pm for Teens Class. Free snacks will be provided afterwards!

Our students are able to attend with a friend, but even if you don't know someone who trains here, you're welcome to come and take the class! Please email [email protected] if you have any questions!
