Join us at the winery for a unique pairing experience! Enjoy freshly shucked oysters by Aphrodite Oysters while discovering the perfect balance of flavors with thoughtfully paired McPherson Cellars wines.

Event Schedule:

4:00 - 4:30 PM | Bubbles & Learning

Kick off the event with a welcome glass of bubbly while Certified Sommeliers Madison White & Daniel Divine guide you through the distinct oyster varieties and their accompanying wines.

4:30 - 6:00 PM | Mingle & Taste

Enjoy a tasting experience featuring three different oyster varieties perfectly paired with a carefully selected white wine. Guests will enjoy two of each oyster type (half dozen oysters per guest).
