Brighton and Hove's longest running Blues Jam.
First Sunday of every Month, 2-5pm
Hosted by and featuring those old dogs Nodd and Steve of The Blues Issue and a house band, Blues Sundays provides a platform for musicians and singers to join together using Blues as the common language to jam together.
Whether you're joining in or just soaking up the atmosphere, with delicious Sunday Roasts and a wide selection of beers starting from only £4.90 a pint, plus local wines, cocktails and more, it's the perfect Sunday

13:00 load in, set up in the fire place on the left hand side as you walk in
As for the format, most folks will know but here it is.
PA and mixer supplied
All backline amps supplied.
Singers and harp players please bring your own mics - Covid safety,
we will have sanitiser for them on standby, but better safe than sorry.
Drummers bring your own sticks or hot rods
Guitar amps will have boost pedals and tuners
Bass amp will have tuner too
The house band will start at 14:00 and play for 15 mins as an intro.
Nodd will recruit and encourage those who want to play and those who might need a gentle shove!
He will put together combos from those available and each will have a chance to jam together for 2 or tunes.
The house band will close proceedings around 17:00
We pride ourselves on avoiding any of the jam snobbery.
We are keen to see everyone up there and to support them no matter their talent level or experience.
The emphasis is on Blues but in the widest spectrum.
We don't mind featuring the occasional pre-rehearsed band and will showcase some over the months,
but the emphasis is on jamming, all aboard the Blues Train.
