Brightly Twisted and Gifted: A Tie Dye Gathering Benefiting A Kindness Connection

Join Tikkun Olam Volunteers (TOV) for a master class in the art of tie dying and the chance to give back! We’ll be learning from the artists at Detroit Dye House’s Brightly Twisted studio while enjoying light refreshments and the chance to connect with other Jewish women from the community. Everyone will have the opportunity to dye three items: a pair of socks (which will be donated to A Kindness Connection), a t-shirt and a tote bag to keep. We’ll hear about the important work that A Kindness Connection does and how our donated items will make an impact on the people they serve. Whether you're a seasoned tie-dyer or it's your first time picking up a squeeze bottle, we're sure you're going to make some beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces. You’re also welcome to bring a new deodorant to donate to A Kindness Connection.
$45 includes tie dye class, items to keep, food and drinks.
Kosher-style. A certified kosher option is available upon request.
This event is open to women of all ages.
