Pop into the summer fair at Colmore Junior and Infant School to make and contribute yarn flowers for the community yarn bomb in July.
About this Event

We've teamed by with the Friends of Colmore to give even more opportunities for people to contribute to the Brighten Up Brandwood craft campaign.

Pop by to make yarn flowers at the summer fete (and take one home too!). Free entry and lots more activities to do as part of the school’s fundraising campaign.

You don't need to book a ticket as you can turn up on the day. But, you do get a useful reminder!

What's Brighten Up Brandwood all about?

We are inviting local residents and friends to share their skills and decorate Brandwood’s streets with creativity and colour whilst the Commonwealth Games are on (28 July-8 August).

Can you contribute one or more yarn flowers to a temporary outdoor art gallery around the Brandwood area (e.g. a mass yarn bomb on railings and trees?)

This event is suitable for people of all ages.
