Bright Series: High Horse

Get ready for a rollicking ride with High Horse, a progressive-acoustic “boy band” that blends the raw energy of alternative rock with the soul of Bluegrass, Old-time, and Celtic traditions. Featuring four friends, three bows, and one pick, this dynamic quartet delivers virtuosic musicianship, tight vocal harmonies, and infectious good vibes.

The band is made up of:

Carson McHaney – fiddle, Karl Henry – cello, G Rockwell – guitar, and Noah Harrington – bass.

Together, they draw on their varied musical backgrounds to craft original compositions alongside fresh interpretations of folk tunes from around the world. Based in Boston, High Horse channels the artistry and skill honed at Berklee College of Music and the New England Conservatory, pushing acoustic music to exhilarating new places.

Their debut album was produced by mandolin master Jacob Jolliff and engineered by the legendary Dave Sinko.
