Bridging the Generations Gap and 4 Lenses and Generations (Live)

Not sure why everyone doesn’t see things your way? Clearly if they did, everything would be much better. Sadly, each of us sees the world from different points of view. This hilarious, interactive workshop identifies which “lens” you use to look at our world. More importantly, you’ll learn how others see the exact same world. No matter what role you fill (leader, follower, husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend, parent, or child) you’ll walk away with a whole new perspective on just about everyone around you.

*This work session will discuss different generations and help you understand hw to work with other generations effectively along with different tempermants within 4 lenses and apply these temperaments and valuing different generations in various circumstances and careers.

This will be a virtual class. To enroll:

• You will then receive an e-mail from the facilitator. Please reply to the e-mail to confirm your attendance.
• You will then be sent information for access to the class along with any assessment/pre-work prior to the class.
