Cody Jussel, of Anatomy of Pilates and The Pilates Hive, is making her way from California to Australia, to present at the Pilates Association of Australia Conference and we're very privileged to be hosting her for a special workshop right here in Canberra!
An expert in anatomy and kinesiology, Cody will be delivering a workshop in our studio centered on teaching Pilates within a modern setting, translating Contrology and Classical moves to a more Contemporary context.
