About this Event
You can’t pour from an empty cup. Caring for loved ones in need can be exhausting and overwhelming, and it can be hard to prioritize self-care when feeling depleted. This is an interactive dialogue to discover community resources and support those who take care of loved ones living with mental illnesses.
