⭐Everyone benefits when we connect meaningfully despite inevitable differences.⭐During this training, participants will: Reflect on what makes challenging conversations productive, Practice perspective-seeking, and Identify strategies and tools that build bridges.
⭐This program is part of the One County, One Book community-wide reading initiative encouraging the community to read and engage with a single book! This year's One County, One Book selection is "Differ We Must: How Lincoln Succeeded in a Divided America" by journalist and NPR host Steve Inskeep. This initiative aims to unite people of all ages and backgrounds through programs, book clubs, and a community discussion with the author himself.
