Bridges to Business (BTB) connects small and diverse companies directly to City staff along with a wide array of contracting opportunities. Subcontractors that wish to get involved with City contracts are invited to attend.Businesses are also encouraged to attend to learn more about getting certified with the City of Tampa's Equal Business Opportunity Program: tampa.gov/EBO.

Bridges to Business Vendor Certification Tour: Offered throughout the year at various locations to assist small and diverse businesses with applying for certifications through the City's Equal Business Opportunity Office and registering to receive bid announcements.
Bridges to Business Subcontractor Outreach & Networking: A semi-annual event geared toward providing a networking space for firms to connect with the City's Contract Administration Department, Purchasing Department, and Equal Business Opportunity staff in addition to partner agencies, sureties, insurance providers, and dozens of prime contractors for the City of Tampa construction projects.
