Tuesday, August 11th is Primary Day in Bridgeport! This election will determine the political party nominees who will be on the November ballot.
In Bridgeport, both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party are holding primary elections this year. You have to be registered with the party to vote in this primary. These races will be on your ballot:
🟦 DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY:
🗳️ GOVERNOR: Ned Lamont (incumbent) vs. Josh Elliott
🗳️ PROBATE JUDGE: Paul Ganim (incumbent) vs. Mark Bradley
🟥 REPUBLICAN PRIMARY:
🗳️ U.S. Congress: Michael Ted Goldstein vs. Daniel Miressi
HAVE YOU MADE YOUR VOTING PLAN? Choose how you want to vote:
🇦 In-person early voting starts on Monday, August 3rd at 10:00am and goes until Sunday, August 9th at 6:00pm at 999 Broad Street, Bridgeport CT 06604.
🇧 This year, you can also vote early by mail! State law now allows anyone can vote using an absentee ballot if you want to. Just call Bridgeport's Town Clerk at 203-576-7208 to request your ballot!
