Bridge Trot Stress Break

Join us for the Wall/Run Challenge, part of the Mindstate Charity Event benefiting 11GirlsEmpowerment.com. This fun, community-focused run/walk is designed to bring people together in the spirit of health, teamwork, and giving back.

• Start on the west side of the bridge
• Run/walk across to the east side and collect your raffle ticket
• Turn around and head back to the start line

• $45 per group
• Represent your club, school, organization, or family by wearing your team gear or a fun theme to show your spirit!
• Each group earns a chance to win prizes like gift cards in our raffle drawing.

• Entry into the Wall/Run Challenge
