You’ll learn the science behind sustainable change (Stages of Change, dopamine & habit design) and build a simple accountability system you can actually keep.

• A three-anchor accountability system (tracker • partner • weekly review)
• Your first micro-action to do within 24 hours

How the coaching bonus works

• Format: Live Zoom group coaching with Casey (60 minutes each).
