After last year’s Virtual Gala, we’re trying something new to gather in-person to support our neighbors’ journey to homeownership & financial wellness.
We're accomplishing this through a safe, outdoor, fun fundraiser that will include food, raffles, auctions, LIVE MUSIC and more at Aurora’s newest, hippest venue for live concerts: THE VENUE and beautiful Mundy Park!

Of the more than 1,600 households served last year, 70.1% were minority households—and while 84.7% met HUD’s definition of “low-moderate income,” The Neighbor Project’s debt-reduction, credit building and homeownership promotion (and foreclosure prevention) programs are also helping families at or above the “Area Median Income” level.
