The Brides are back, and New Orleans is about to witness another joyful, ridiculous, photo-heavy takeover of the streets.
Brides of March is a legendary New Orleans bar crawl and second line where everyone dresses in thrift-store white wedding dresses (traditional white or off-white encouraged, chaos welcomed).
We’ll walk, dance, pedicab, and “sort of” streetcar our way from bar to bar, stopping along the route for group photos, spontaneous moments, and pure New Orleans magic.
This is not a sit-still event.
This is a moving celebration.
What to Expect
• A full afternoon bar crawl through the French Quarter
• A live Second Line parade between stops
• High-energy mini-events at each bar, including:
– High heel race
– Best dressed contest
– Bouquet toss
– Garter toss
– Group photos (lots of them)
• A crowd that actually shows up and participates
If you’ve never done Brides of March, this is your sign.
