This is a cozy, hands-on tea lab where we blend tradition and practical know-how. You’ll learn how to build a balanced herbal tea using a simple parts-based method you can repeat at home. We’ll cover flavor, aroma, and why certain herbs pair well together, plus foundational safety guidance on allergies, pregnancy and breastfeeding cautions, and common sense use with medications. After a guided tasting and a live demo blend, you’ll create your own custom blend and label it with your name, your blend name, and the ingredients so it feels personal and easy to remake later. This class focuses on caffeine-free herbal tea.What’s included: All materials, guided instruction, tasting, and one custom labeled take-home blend (about 1–1.5 oz depending on herbs).
