Brian Culbertson: The Midnight Tapes Tour

Keyboardist, songwriter, and producer Brian Culbertson crafts primarily instrumental music fusing jazz, R&B, funk, and pop. He burst on the scene in 1994 with Long Night Out, a chart-topping album of keyboard-led contemporary jazz tracks that he recorded in his college apartment. On his upcoming thirtieth album The Midnight Tapes (due February 2027), Culbertson played every instrument recorded on the album for the first time in his career. The Midnight Tapes is largely an R&B instrumental album featuring late-night soulful grooves with contemporary jazz flavors. Culbertson also founded and curates the annual Jazz Getaways in Napa Valley, Chicago, New Orleans, Honolulu, and next year in Boston.
