Bryan is a local musician with an International reputation. As well as performing under his own name, Bryan has been performing and recording with world-renowned stars and is a current member of ‘The Brand New Heavies’. He has toured and performed around the globe as a guest artist, and with his own bands regularly performs festivals, concert halls and clubs throughout the UK. Bryan is not only a great performer of the jazz standards repertoire but is an artist who pushes the boundaries in writing and performing original works with his various line-ups.
Bryan Corbett is totally disrupting how you can play the trumpet with his exploration of sounds, lyrical tone and variety of grooves and feels, which are influenced by all the previous trumpet greats. Well regarded for his technical fluency and imaginative flow of ideas, Bryan has built an appreciative following where audiences are not only wowed by the individual players, they are wowed by the team improvisation that defines the performance
